About Us

As of midyear 2002, the company grew from three offices to eleven and currently operates in NY, CT, IN, and RI. The nine operating centers are principally engaged in the placement of nurses and other medical professionals. The corporate headquarters is located in Indianapolis, IN. Services provided by the company include per diem nurses (daily shifts), 13-week contracts employees, temp to perm, travel assignments from 13 week to 9 months and foreign nurse recruiting with multi-year contracts. Some of the disciplines filled by Jasneek include: nurses, charge and specialty, therapists, medical assistants, technicians, physician assistants and records administrators.

The company was founded in 1997 principally serving the daily per diem staffing needs and has evolved, now focusing primarily on nationwide traveling assignments, contract employees and foreign nurse recruiting. The company operates in a 10,000 square foot facility owned by the corporation and serves as its principal headquarters. The facility is outfitted with a state of the art training center, which is used extensively for employees training.

Over the years, Jasneek has developed highly effective recruiting practices and is very successful in the recruiting of domestic nurses and medical professionals. Today, the company employs more than 1,350 field employees with the preponderance being registered nurses. Though the company is very efficient in recruiting, management also recognizes the increasing demand will far outstrip the supply. Today there is an estimated 110 thousand shortage in registered nurses with that variance in supply and demand increasing to more than 500 thousand registered nurses by the year 2015.

Over the past 18 months, Jasneek has made significant human and capital investments in the foreign nurse-recruiting program. Management believes the future of the industry hinges on the ability to recruit nurses from foreign countries. Jasneek has fine tuned and implemented operational practices to recruit foreign nurses and now has roughly 58 foreign nurses under contract.
